Goff Abrasive Blast Equipment

Goff offers a complete line of high production stationary, airless centrifugal blast cleaning machinery that throws steel abrasive material, cleaning items at a fraction of the cost of conventional cleaning methods.

Barrel Blast Abrasive Equipment

Goff’s airless Barrel Blast machines are the natural choice for economical batch type blast cleaning and surface preparations on parts or castings that can be tumbled for maximum coverage. Designed for cleaning large volumes of small to medium sized parts, the Barrel Blast machines range in size from 1 ½ cubic feet to 24 cubic feet volume capacities, with load capacities ranging from 200 to 3,000 lbs




Table Blast Abrasive Blast Equipment

The most versatile type of blast cleaning equipment, Goff’s Table Blast models are ideal for large or heavy parts. Parts that are to be cleaned are rotated on the table, exposing the parts to the abrasive blast pattern. Single table, double door swing and satellite multi-table models are available.

Table diameters range in size from 36” to 120” with workload capacities of 300 to 20,000 lbs. The Goff Table Blast machines are offered in various configurations with blast wheels mounted on the side, hip, and top of the machine.



Spinner Hanger Abrasive Blast Equipment

Goff’s Spinner Hangers are designed for high production applications where parts cannot be tumbled, eliminating part breakage while providing superior finish coverage and quality.

Parts are placed in a rotating chamber that provides total surface blast coverage. In the door-less design and multiple chambers of the Spinner Hanger, blasting occurs in one chamber while the opposite chamber can be unloaded and then re-loaded. Each chamber is equipped with its own rotating spindle for loading the parts to be cleaned. This continuous work flow greatly increases productivity.




Continuous Shot Blast (pass through) Systems and Engineered Products

Goff’s Continuous Shot Blast Cleaning Systems are designed to offer high production cleaning of various parts and castings that may not fixture well or are fragile. Requiring less material handling, these systems reduce labor costs while increasing efficiency and production. These machines come in a variety of blast wheel configurations and sizes that allow for numerous setup options depending on the parts or product mix. A free consultation analysis by the expert representative will determine the most efficient customized layout specific to the parts that will be blasted.

The most popular Continuous Blast Machines are wire-mesh belt machines, having an endless manganese wire mesh belt which conveys the parts at a consistent rate of speed into the blast zone exposing the parts to as many as 8 blast wheels attacking from various angles to allow total blast coverage on the parts. Belt widths range from 18” up to 48” with belt speeds ranging from 3 feet per minute to 20 feet per minute. The parts can be loaded by hand or with load conveyors and exit the blast machine onto takeaway conveyors, into totes, onto sorting tables or into tipping devices.

Structural Blast Cleaning Machines use roller conveyors to transport parts through the blast chamber rather than a wire mesh belt. These machines are best suited for longer parts such as structural steel or angle iron. The horsepower, location, and number of the blast wheels are dependent upon the configuration of the parts. Overhead monorail machines are most efficient with materials handling systems in a manufacturing facility. Parts can travel through the various manufacturing processes, including the blast process, remaining on the same monorail system.


Micro Mesh and Micro Structural Blast Machines

For smaller production environments or lighter applications or Lean Manufacturing, Goff now offers the Micro Mesh and Micro Structural Pass Through abrasive blast machines. With a smaller foot print and 12” belt width, these machines offers high production and efficient cleaning of the most difficult applications.
